1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using GotterSpace, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
GotterSpace provides mobile recharge, DTH recharge, bill payment and voucher services. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information at all times.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments & Recharges
All recharges and bill payments are subject to verification and availability from the respective operator or biller. Amounts once successfully processed are generally non-reversible, except where required by law.
5. Vouchers & Gift Cards
Vouchers and gift cards are subject to the issuing brand's own terms, expiry dates and redemption conditions. GotterSpace is not responsible for a brand's redemption policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
GotterSpace is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party operators, billers or payment networks beyond our reasonable control.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GotterSpace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
